Kindly is a scaleup company where flexibility and initiative are highly valued. We have a strong sales team and an experienced delivery team, but due to more specialized roles and parental leave affecting our capacity, we are now looking for someone to take responsibility for first line customer interactions.
Who we think you are:
We are looking for a proactive and tech-savvy person who loves solving problems and engaging with customers. This could be your first job after completing a bachelor's degree in IT, and we believe you:
- Are good at communicating both written and verbally in English. Our customers are business clients, so professionalism and clarity are important.
- Learn quickly and take initiative to find solutions.
- Have an interest in IT technology and how we can support our customers across various industries.
- Are confident, independent, and thrive with responsibility.
- Reside near one of our offices.
What you will do:
- Be the first point of contact for our customers when they need assistance.
- Answer questions and guide customers in using our system.
- Contribute to developing the structure of the support department, and establish a smooth transition from support to developers in customer interactions.
- Work closely with our developers and customer operations to ensure that customer needs are met in the best possible way.
