Jefferson Wells is seeking an experienced Process/Senior Engineer for our customer, working on the Munin Topside EPChc project. The role requires a dynamic and detail-oriented professional with strong technical expertise and experience in Norwegian Continental Shelf (NCS) standards.

Tasks and Responsibilities:

• Conduct process simulations, including static simulations and follow-up of dynamic simulations.
• Develop system and operational manuals (to be written in Norwegian).
• Perform follow-on engineering tasks, including P&ID updates.
• Provide technical support for main process systems, such as compressor systems and gas treatment processes.

Background and Qualifications:

You should have a master’s or bachelor’s degree in a relevant engineering discipline, combined with at least five years of experience in engineering, specifically within FEED and/or detailed engineering. It is essential that you have worked on Greenfield or Brownfield projects, either on the Norwegian Continental Shelf (NCS) or at Norwegian onshore oil and gas facilities. You must possess in-depth knowledge of NCS requirements, including NORSOK standards and PSA (Ptil) regulations. Experience with main process systems such as simulations, gas treatment (compressors and gas dehydration), and heat exchangers is critical.


To thrive in this role, you must be capable of working independently and thoroughly, while also excelling as part of a multidisciplinary team. You should demonstrate strong communication skills and be fluent in both English and Norwegian, written and oral. A high level of attention to detail, loyalty to deadlines and quality standards, and a proactive mindset will be essential for success. The ideal candidate is available for an immediate start in Oslo. We do not offer a relocation package.
