Finance coordinator

For our client we are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive team member to help with invoicing and costumer support.  In this role, you will collaborate closely with the Sales team, Support teams, and Finance Managers to ensure smooth operations and high-quality service delivery. Your contributions will be vital in maintaining accurate financial records and providing diagnostic support to clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate Maintenance & Support (M&S) and New Sale invoices promptly, ensuring they meet client quality standards and include all necessary management information.
• Respond to and resolve client invoice queries.
• Responsible for invoicing deadlines.
• Costumer service over telephone and e-mail.
• Support teams to resolve complex cases.
• Provide ad hoc administrative and operational support as needed.

Professional Skills and Experience

• Preferable experience in invoicing, including familiarity with Oracle or similar systems.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Access, etc.).
• Familiarity with business finance processes and systems.
• Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to write clear and concise correspondence and handle inquiries with a professional telephone manner.
• We especially seek someone who is fluent in Japanese, Portuguese or French in addition to English.
• Analytical approach to problem-solving and ability to remain calm under pressure.
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail, delivering quality output within tight deadlines.
