Project Resource Coordinator

As Resource Coordinator in GCS Integration you will be responsible for internal resource bookings, and support project managers in booking KM resources world wide for our projects.
We are a world leader in Navigation, Dynamic Positioning, Automation and Autonomy for every kind of maritime use and continuously develop new and improved systems to tackle global environmental challenges.

Responsibilities

• Update bookings and coordinate with other resource owners,
• Support PM in resource planning and booking
• Prioritize tasks and resources for the best of KM
• Superuser in CRM

Qualifications and experience

• Technical background and experience with project execution is an advantage.
• Experience with CRM systems an atvantage
• KM product and knowledge is a plus.
• Good in English, both oral and written language, other languages will be seen as an advantage.
