Key Responsibilities:

• Optimize Vessel Performance: Lead efforts in monitoring and improving vessel efficiency and sustainability 
• Drive Sustainability: Assess, adopt, and implement energy-efficient and performance-enhancing technologies
• Regulatory Compliance: Stay ahead of global and regional GHG regulations and help customers adapt effectively
• Knowledge Sharing: Drive company-wide adoption of best practices and new technologies to elevate operational excellence

Qualifications:

• Degree in Naval Architecture or relevant technical field is preferred
• At least 10 years in Maritime Industry, with expertise in any of the following areas:
• Vessel Performance Management
• Technical Management
• Technical Services
• Classification Societies
• Proficiency as Chief Engineer or Second Engineer
• Experience working with telemetry data solutions
• Demonstrated passion for and exposure to vessel efficiency improvement
• Strong computer skills and familiarity with maintenance systems
• Proficient in English, both written and verbal
