Commercial Analyst

In this context, you will play an important role by providing insight and analytics, with focus on the CRM-area. This includes for instance ad hoc analysis, segmentations, reports/dashboards that facilitates better decision-making, reports on various KPIs (both within the CRM area and other relevant areas). You might be early in your career, having passion for analytics and CRM.

Your main tasks and responsibilities:

• Collect and analyze customer data from various sources to identify trends, patterns, and insights to be applied in making Commercial- and CRM strategies
• Build and maintain Commercial (and CRM) dashboards that provide insights into key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics
• Generate detailed reports on CRM activities, campaign performance, and customer engagement metrics
• Conduct segmentation analysis to categorize customers based on various criteria such as demographics, behavior, and purchase history and develop targeted marketing strategies to improve customer engagement and conversion rates
• Evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns and provide insights on what worked well and what can be improved
• Make response models to improve and automate future campaigns
• Ad hoc analyses on new sales or portfolio level regarding profitability, channel optimization, customer engagement, churn triggers and more

We think you should:

• Relevant higher education within statistics, economics/finance, mathematics, IT or similar
• 2+ years experience as a data/business analyst, CRM analyst or other similar roles
• Experience in segmentation/targeting of customers
• Experience with SQL, Python or other relevant programming languages, plus Excel and Powerpoint
• Experience with Power BI or similar is an advantage
