We are looking for a temporary HSE learning administrator.

As our HSE Learning administrator, you will be reporting to our HSE VP but working closely with our HRIS team and competency development manager. You will be making sure our HSE e-learnings are being set up and implemented.

For the next 6 months you will ensure HSE is part of Elkems learning and development system Cornerstone. 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Create and manage learning objectives, learning assignment. 

• Schedule and organize training sessions in our learning and development system in Cornerstone. 

• Assist in the development of training materials related to HSE in Elkem. 

• Communicate with trainers, participants, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth training operations. 

• Monitor and report on the effectiveness of training programs. 

Qualifications: 

• HSE training development experience 

• Training background 

• Previous experience with working with a learning and development system similar to Cornerstone. 

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. 

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
