Project Logistics Customer Excellence Specialist | Norway | NO2129975

We are looking for a skilled Customer Excellence Specialist who is motivated by finding the best solutions for our customers. In this role, you will ensure the daily operations and planning of both national and international transport. YOUR ROLE

In the position as Customer Excellence Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring excellent customer experiences by leveraging your knowledge and expertise. Your tasks will include cargo planning, solving and managing various logistics needs for customers, follow-up with customer and other involved parties, and relationship-building. In this role, you will contribute to continuously improving customer excellence by optimizing our transportation assignments.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Handle, coordinate, and organize customer transports/logistics operations according to customer requirements
• Act as an advisor and contribute to efficient and optimal transportation for our customers, with specific expertise in multimodal transport
• Dialogue with internal stakeholders involved in execution, in Norway and abroad
• Daily operational responsibility and continuous development of existing and future customer needs in collaboration with your colleagues
• Execute and ensure accurate deliveries, including expectation according to contracts, correct invoicing of assignments, and monitoring transportation for both domestic and international freight
• Follow up with customers and shippers through status meetings and regular dialogue
• Present freight calculations, shipping budgets, customer offers and organize delivery of assignments in collaboration with your colleagues.
• Responsible for handling and following up on complaints/deviations for your own customers/shipments.

YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCES

• Minimum 2 years of experience in the Project Logistics or Customer Service
• Education in a relevant field is advantageous
• Interest and experience in digital tools and platforms with the ability to adapt and quickly learn new systems and processes.
• Ability to find solutions where others see problems
• Collaborative and open personality to bring teams together and provide customer excellence.
• Structured and capable of handling multiple tasks simultaneously
• Ability to work independently but also succeed together with your colleagues
• Advanced in written and spoken Norwegian and English
