Techconsult is the link between jobs and professionals. For one of our customers we are now looking for a Mechanical Package Engineer   27088

Job responsibilities:

•    Interpret and adhere to client contract documents, including specifications, scope of work, guarantees, and documentation requirements.

•    Manage division of work and establish agreements with project partners.

•    Ensure compliance with local codes, laws, directives, and standards.

•    Contribute to Preliminary Environmental Analysis (ISO 14001).

•    Work with project documents from sales, such as drawings, calculations, reports, technical specifications, material take-offs, and equipment lists.

•    Manage project documentation, including questions and answers, deviations and clarifications, technical bids, and budgets.

Your experience and qualifications:

•    A university degree in engineering (MSc, BSc, or equivalent).

•    At least 5 years of experience in an engineering or construction coordination role for heavy industrial equipment.

•    Expertise in relevant mechanical equipment and familiarity with pollution control systems.

•    Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.

•    Fluency in English and Norwegian, both written and spoken.

•    Strong planning, organizing, and coordinating skills.

Who We’re Looking For:

We are seeking someone with experience in the industry, ideally in aluminum. However, backgrounds in oil and gas or similar fields are equally valuable.
