Sales Support

On behalf of our customer in the oil and gas industry we are searching for a candidate to fill the postion Sales Support and project cost control

Activities & responsibilities:

• Provide quotation and prices to sales team
• Participate in Sales & Support meetings
• Project control; keep track on ongoing jobs and progress
• Preparing invoice proposals and follow up on approvals
• Invoicing of 3rd party costs
• Contract support and variation order requests
• Manage Purchase Orders
• Month-End Close and accruals
• Pricing of new equipment or custom-made applications in collaboration with Commercial Manager
• Supporting 3rd party companies with documentation & Purchase Orders
• Adhering to any relevant QHSSE laws, policies and procedures
• Attending training to develop relevant knowledge and skills

Requirements:

• Minimum 2-3 years relevant experience
• Basic mathematic skills
• High degree of accuracy
• Excellent MS office skills
• Fluent in both Norwegian and English – oral and written   

Key Qualifications:

• Proactive and efficient
• Cope with varied tasks in a busy and pleasant environment
• Good IT knowledge / system understanding, IFS, Power BI and several different external customer portals (SAP, GEP, Contiki, Ariba etc).
