About the role
Are you an organized, tech-savvy professional with a knack for optimizing processes and fostering teamwork? On behalf of our client, Cleanworld, we are seeking a backoffice specialist to join our team and manage our daily back-office operations. If you thrive in a multicultural environment and are passionate about driving operational efficiency, this role is perfect for you! In this role, you will collaborate closely with the brokers and management team, ensuring smooth workflows and top-notch client satisfaction. Your contributions will focus on daily operations and process optimization, making this a pivotal role in the organization.
Work tasks
You will be responsible for managing daily back-office operations, including handling trade confirmations, invoicing, and KYC requests. Ensuring timely trade processing in collaboration with brokers is key. You will maintain precise invoicing workflows and work closely with the external accounting team. Leading efforts to optimize and automate processes, you will enhance the performance of CRM, ERP, and internal databases. Additionally, you will design and implement efficient, client-focused workflows, align operational improvements with the company’s strategic objectives, and encourage teamwork across various departments.
We are looking for
- Experience in operational change management, back-office operations or process optimization.
- Bachelor´s degree in Business Economics, Communication, Change Management, or equivalent
- Experience with CRM systems (perferably Microsoft D365) and MS Office tools
- Familiarity with Power BI, Power Query, VBA, or similar programming languages
- Fluency in English with adaptable communication styles
