Manpower is seeking a skilled Finance Controller for an exciting opportunity with one of our clients in Kongsberg. An exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team, work on challenging projects, and take on a role with significant responsibility.
This is a one-year contract position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support financial operations, including accounting, budgeting/forecasting, and financial reporting.
• Provide financial insights and recommendations to improve business and project performance.
• Monitor and control project budgets, expenditures, and forecasts.
• Collaborate with project managers to develop and maintain project schedules and resource plans.
• Support the preparation of project proposals, including cost estimates and financial justifications.

Qualifications:

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Finance Controller or a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of project management and financial principles.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Knowledge of corporate finance, accounting principles, and financial regulations is an advantage.
• Detail-oriented and analytical, with a high level of accuracy.
