About AI&Data; The AI&Data department consists of approximately 60 highly qualified and experienced professionals, and we are now growing. Most of our people have a combination of technical and commercial/business-oriented competence. Normally we work within could-based solutions and typical technologies could be Azure, Snowfalke, PowerBI or other.      

Job Description

We are now looking for Consultants / Senior Consultants with experience and interest in data and analysis, who enjoy working in a team. You are analytical, with a good understanding of business and are committed to helping customers achieve their strategic goals through the use of data and insights. You have the ability to bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions and enjoy taking responsibility and working with your colleagues to solve tasks as a team.

You enjoy working in a team and building relationships, both internally and with customers. You like a varied workday with both technical and non-technical tasks. You are interested in understanding the customer's needs and challenges and seeing connections. 

We are looking for someone who is logical and enjoys solving problems. You are able to break down larger processes/needs and work in a structured manner. You have excellent communication skills and can convey complex topics. You can drive processes with different stakeholders, collaborate in teams, and solve tasks independently. 

What will a typical day look like?  

The department has positioned itself at a unique point in the market by offering skilled consultants with a combination of technical and financial expertise, as well as strong consulting and advisory capabilities. Together with your colleagues, you will deliver market-leading support that creates value and impact in large, complex organizations that are industry leaders in their respective fields. You will have the opportunity to work on projects such as data platform development and cloud-based solutions, further enhancing the value you deliver. 

Qualifications

You have a technical or economic background with 2-5 years’ experience. You are interested in data analysis and programming related to data processing, data strategy and/or AI. In addition, you have experience with data visualization, programming related to data and insights, data modeling, AI, data strategy, and data pipelines. 

You should have experience with one or more of the following: 

• Working at the intersection of technology and business 
• Driving processes/workflows across business areas with different stakeholders 
• Working with data, programming, modeling, and one or more cloud technologies 

To succeed in this job, we envision that you have: 

• Degree in Industrial Economics (Indøk) or a technical engineering background with a focus on economics, preferably from BI, NHH, CBS, or similar institutions, with a strong interest in technology and ideally additional studies in technology. 
• Strong advisors with proven professional expertise. 
• Solid technical understanding and a natural curiosity for new technologies. 
• A drive to generate value and impact through your skills and business insight. 
• A collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively as part of a team of highly skilled colleagues. 
• Proficiency in programming and financial management. 
• Experience with one or more of these technologies: SQL, Power BI, Python, Power Apps, Azure, AWS, GCP, DBT, Snowflake, Databricks, Azure Data Factory. 
• While consulting experience is not a requirement, it is considered a strong advantage.
