Job Description:

• Managing and scheduling the PM work
• Managing and coordinating the 90 days look ahead plan
• Reviewing and coordinating all required inputs for major PM or corrective work
• Preparations for maintenance turnarounds (TAR)
• Act as project manager for the creation of work packs for special projects/modification work and ensuring that all required inputs are given from applicable departments.
• Monitoring the completion of safety critical jobs ï · Managing and following up on all deferred work
• Ensure sufficient planning and follow up on class related work scopes
• Monitoring and reporting on maintenance KPI’s
• Participate in analysis of completed PM work to update PM data to be more accurate
• Provide continuous improvement inputs to PM work in order to make work more efficient

• 5 years’ experience in planned maintenance systems. Preferably from the offshore oil and gas industry.
• Preferably with knowledge of Power BI, Excel and ERP systems
• Must have the ability to work with multinational teams
• To source all information for work packs including material needed, manpower requirements, isolations, scaffolding etc.
• Previous offshore field experience is an advantage
• Broad knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and electronic equipment.
• Good understanding of requirements for documenting various work scopes.
• Training as per the Training Matrix or as designated by the client.
