What You Will Do
- Work in deep collaboration with our sales and customer marketing team
- Provide analytics of sales and customer data, and report statistics
- Identify and develop optimal revenue models, sales/distribution channels, pricing, and new product development strategies
- Perform background research on customer accounts, prospects, competitors, industry trends and create customer insights
- Understand the market dynamics for distribution, communication as well as our value proposition
- Actively support Go-to-market strategies
- Responsible for pricing, cost compensation and business cases.
- Create and share best practices
- Actively contribute to the Nordic BDM and NRM Networks
- First contact for Net Revenue Management Nordic team
- Actively suggest efficiency in business KPI’s and business planning
You are an enthusiastic team player, who have excitement and energy in an ever-changing market to find the right growth drivers, both from company and customer perspective. You get excited about analyzing business drivers and sales. You are curious, and you want to understand the factors behind the different driving forces of our business. Proactiveness is your superpower, you come with improvement ideas actively, and are the go-to person to your colleagues in different business calculations.
You have at least 5 years of experience in FMCG, preferably in a similar position. This role requires excellent analytical and excel skills, as well as an understanding of the overall business. Essity is an international company, and since you will have close colleagues around the world you speak English fluently, as well as Norwegian.
