Héctor Food & Fiesta is searching for a Restaurant Manager to lead the way in creating memorable experiences for our guests. Born from a love of Mexican/Californian fusion food, bold flavors, and vibrant culture, Héctor is all about serving great food and drinks in a lively, relaxed atmosphere.
Located in the heart of Trondheim, Héctor is where the fiesta never stops. With a vibrant restaurant offering around 200 seats, a yearly revenue of 48 million Norwegian dineros, a thriving takeaway service, a festival-focused food truck, and endless opportunities for growth, we’re looking for a passionate and organized leader to guide our team.
About the Role
As the Restaurant Manager, you’ll take charge of daily operations, ensuring that Héctor runs smoothly and successfully. Your responsibilities will include:
- Leading and developing our team - create motivation and a positive work culture.
- Assisting in the oversight of business operations, including financial performance, staffing, bookings, and stock flow.
- Ensuring guests receive top-notch service while maintaining high standards in food, drinks and atmosphere.
We empower our leaders to take charge, make decisions, and drive success, while always having the support and backing of our leadership team, along with the training you need to succeed.
What We’re Looking For
We’re on the hunt for a leader who:
- Has restaurant or hospitality management experience (bonus points if it’s in a high-paced or casual dining environment).
- Is motivated by results and thrives on driving team success.
- Has a strong understanding of operational details, such as bookings and team scheduling.
- Leads by example and brings energy, enthusiasm, and fun to the workplace.
