Territory Manager Norway
As a Territory Manager you are responsible for creating, sustaining, and growing business with a long-term perspective, delivering value to customers and consumers while helping build the brand in your Territory, in collaboration with our Marketing Department.
In this position you will use your strategic way of working, your expertise, and your inspiring nature to engage our customers. Absolute reliability and a strong commitment to our company and our customers are important for you.
Despite working independently in the sales area, you are a team player who harmonizes well together with colleagues.
MAIN TASKS
- Constantly develop our dealer’s business by leading them into the future
- Optimize the business through volume and value with a long-term view
- Grow the business mindset with our dealers by coaching them through our “Win the Season” business mentality
- Analysis of market potential in the territory and development of concepts to actively increase market share
- Secure that our presence in Retail meets the expectations of the consumer
YOUR PROFILE
We aim to employ a person with a great business mindset that loves to crunch numbers and through analysis make the correct decision. You have a strong track record but most important is that you have a will and passion to make a difference and to build strong relationships. You are a self-motivated high performer that loves to hit targets no matter what kind. You have very good knowledge of Microsoft Office programs (Excel, Word, Teams, Outlook, OneNote, PowerPoint, etc.). You have an eye for retail, and you have a good understanding of how all marketing-related activities integrate with sales. You speak Norwegian of course, but also writes & speaks English fluently, since English is the global language of Trek. A strong interest for bikes is key to understand the business.
EMPLOYMENT / TERMS
The role is full-time and available immediately. Salary according to market standards. You will have a Work from Home set up. We prefer that you live in the greater Oslo area, or in the vicinity. Travel is a natural part of the job, mainly nationally but also internationally at certain occasions.
