Join OneSubsea as our new Property and Development Engineer

We are now looking for a Property and Development Engineer who wants to strengthen our team and be part of the exciting journey that has just started.

The role is part of the Engineering & Maintenance Department in Moss Umbilical Plant. We produce Umbilical Cables for the Offshore Industry.

In this role you’ll:

• Lead CAPEX investment processes, focusing on property development, internal refurbishments, and upgrades
• Responsible for managing internal refurbishment and upgrade projects
• Serve as the primary contact for local and governmental authorities, as well as other relevant organizations
• Ensure compliance with technical regulations, including mechanical, electrical, and building laws
• Support plant development initiatives
• Assist with other site activities as needed

To join us you’ll need:

• Relevant engineering education is preferred, but extensive experience can compensate for the lack of formal education
• Understanding of property development processes and industrial production processes
• Ability to analyze and interpret legal documents (e.g., property contracts) and technical documents/materials
• Solid financial understanding
• Have a strong HSE mindset
• Good knowledge of safety regulations and certificates (ISO etc)
• Good IT skills (Word, Excel, Power Point, CAD, SAP)
• Proficient in Norwegian and English language, both oral and written
• Capable of working independently while excelling in team collaboration within a multidisciplinary organization
