About the Role

What You’ll Be Doing
- Support and collaborate with our finance team to create and implement financial initiatives, ensuring they’re effective and impactful.
- Prepare insightful monthly financial reports, performance dashboards, and KPIs to track our progress.
- Dive into cost analyses to uncover key trends and optimize our operations.
- Help design and execute budgets and forecasts to keep us on track for success.
- Work on business cases and investment assessments while monitoring their outcomes.
- Take part in automating processes and developing new systems to make everything run smoothly.
What We’re Looking For
- 1–4 years of experience in a finance-related role, either as a consultant (auditor) or in-house.
- A Master’s degree in Business Administration/Economics or a Bachelor’s with relevant work experience.
- Strong data analysis and modeling skills, including proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and preferably Power BI.
- Good problem-solving skills and an analytical mindset.
- Fluent English communication skills, with Norwegian or other Scandinavian languages being a bonus.
