Service Support Assistant

In this role, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end lead to cash process, ensuring seamless integration between sales, finance, and operations. Your primary goal will be to drive the process, improve efficiency, and enhance customer satisfaction. Together with your colleagues, you support the service contract managers, who are responsible for managing our service contracts in the Nordics.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the entire lead to cash process, from lead generation to order fulfillment and invoicing.
- Collaborate with service contract managers, finance, and operations teams to ensure smooth and efficient process flow.
- Ensure accurate and timely invoicing and revenue recognition.
- Maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor process performance.
- Identify process improvements and automation opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
About the Team

You will be part of the Service Operations department. Service Operations is internationally responsible for the operational (service) execution within our market segments of Airports, Warehousing, and Parcel, consisting of 300 colleagues worldwide.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a sales or service support role.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Oracle ERP systems and other relevant software a bonus
- Fluent in English; proficiency in a Nordic language is a plus.
