Digital Collaboration & Governance Manager

Collaborate across teams globally, streamline processes, and ensure compliance while championing innovation.
About the Role
As the Digital Collaboration & Governance Manager, you will:
- Lead the development of digital governance frameworks, driving policies for AI, cybersecurity, and digital risk.
- Oversee key forums, including the Digital Forum and AI Committee, ensuring efficient planning and execution.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to design governance processes that are streamlined, effective, and scalable.
- Partner with subject-matter experts to address evolving legislation and meet customer expectations.
- Champion best practices across the organization, ensuring alignment and compliance.
- Drive initiatives for communication, training, and improvement of digital governance tools.
What We’re Looking For
We are looking for candidates with:
- 5+ years of experience in digital business operations, transformation, or related leadership roles. (CIO-level experience is an advantage.)
- A Master’s degree in computer science, information systems, or a similar field.
- Proven expertise in digital governance, cybersecurity, and frameworks (e.g., ISO standards, NIST).
- Strong leadership and communication abilities, coupled with a pragmatic, risk-aware mindset.
- A passion for fostering innovation and creating value through digital strategies.
