Job Description

• Support and contribute to the development of Project Design Basis and scope of work for process discipline, systems, and topside facilities.

• Lead the process discipline in designing and executing complex engineering projects.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to define project scopes and objectives.

• Oversee project progress, quality assurance, and adherence to deliverables.

• Participate in project technical and assurance reviews.

• Conduct advanced technical analyses, simulations, and feasibility studies.

• Manage interfaces with vendors and other operators.

• Identify and implement safety, environmental, and financial improvement opportunities.

• Provide process engineering support to offshore operations and other teams.

 

Qualification Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant engineering field, or equivalent qualifications.

• Extensive knowledge of NCS (Norwegian Continental Shelf) regulations and standards.

• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in process engineering.

• Proficiency in English and Norwegian, both written and spoken.

• Strong communication skills with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.

• Demonstrated ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

• High level of integrity.
