The Business Administration and "Order to Cash" Team:
We are expanding and look forward to adding a new member to the Business & OTC Team. The Business and OTC Team is a central part of the organization, ensuring that all processes from order to cash run smoothly. The position will report to the Business Administration and OTC Manager. Overall, AFSN consists of a small team that handles significant business and relies on dedicated and professional team members.

Job Description:
- Serve as a professional and service-oriented point of contact for aviation customers, addressing inquiries and ensuring a high standard of customer service.
- Build and maintain positive, collaborative relationships with stakeholders and external partners to ensure alignment and mutual success.
- Handle sales and finance tasks, including reporting, analysis, and data management.
- Prepare and draft customer proposals, contracts, and agreements, ensuring accuracy and clarity.
- Perform debt chasing, invoicing, and review customer credit to maintain financial health.
- Maintain, update, and contribute to the ongoing development of the local CRM system, as well as other relevant business systems.
- Facilitate smooth and accurate transaction flows across all systems, from data capture at the airports to final invoicing.
- Ensure the correct setup of pricing and fee structures in all relevant data systems.
- Contribute to AFSN and OTC Business projects, providing support and input to drive company-wide initiatives.
Skills and qualifications:
- Strong interest in the aviation industry and its dynamics
- Highly structured and well-organized
- Strong problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for details and accuracy
- Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 and other relevant software tools
- Ability to challenge the status quo and bring fresh ideas
- High proficiency in English and fluent in Norwegian or other Nordic language
- HSSE (Health, Safety, Security, and Environment) "first" mindset
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, or equivalent professional experience, in business administration, or a related field.
Type of education is not of outmost importance but skills and passion matter most. Target group of candidates are graduates or candidates with 3-5 years of professional experience.
