As the Discipline Lead, you will play a pivotal role in guiding our team of electrical engineers. You will collaborate with experts, take on technical and project management responsibilities, and develop electrical engineering design.
In your daily work, you will be involved in:
- Technical and project management
- Engaging with clients and cultivating customer relationships
- Ensuring top-notch project delivery
- Contributing to the training and development of your colleagues
You'll also have the chance to work with tools like Febdok and Revit, as well as other engineering software.

The first step to success in this role is that you are eager to collaborate with the people around you, whether they are colleagues, partners or customers. On top of that, you will have:
- Master's or bachelor's degree, but other relevant backgrounds are also considered positive
- Minimum 5 years of experience from either consulting, contracting, or from other relevant fields of business
- Experience with electrical engineering design and tender work
- Knowledge of BIM tools. Revit modelling is considered beneficial
- Experience as a discipline leader, or project manager would be advantageous
- Good language skills in Norwegian and English, both written and spoken
