Your Role
As a Business Delivery Coordinator, you will:
- Support and Guide Customers: Interact with a variety of users to ensure they effectively utilize our tools and services.
- Build Internal Knowledge: Develop and maintain a comprehensive knowledge base on our service offerings, including work instructions, procedures and workflows.
- Enhance Customer Relations: Assist in the development and maintenance of our customer relations database.
- Drive Marketing and Communication: Contribute to marketing initiatives, including creating marketing materials, updating social media and managing website content.
- Innovate and Test: Participate in technical testing of internally developed tools and services, and play a key role in improving applications ranging from popular mobile tools to socially critical maritime navigation solutions.
- Lead Projects: Engage in and manage exciting projects that enhance our existing tools and services.

To thrive in this role, you should possess the following skills and attributes:
- Education: Degree in Information Technology or equivalent
- Technological Proficiency: Documented experience in using general IT tools and software to solve business-critical tasks. Solid technical understanding and ability to conduct technical testing for new features under development. Knowledge and experience with SQL and database management systems is beneficial.
- Diligence and Enthusiasm: A proactive attitude and eagerness to deliver high-quality results.
- Excellent Communication Skills: Proficiency in English (both written and oral) and confidence in interacting with an international, external customer base.
- Collaborative and Solution-Oriented: A proactive mindset with a willingness to learn and work closely with colleagues.
- Team-Oriented: Most of our team operates from our Stavanger office, so we’re seeking someone who enjoys collaborating in an office environment.

ECC was established in 1999 and is a state-owned limited liability company under the Ministry of Local Government and District Affairs (KDD). ECC is a center of expertise for the collection, validation, distribution and visualization of official electronic nautical charts and maps. Our mandate is to increase safety by providing cutting-edge GIS solutions for users on land and sea. We play a key role in the development of new standards for electronic charts and derived products and develop services to support the upcoming S-100 product standard. Our solutions are utilized by hydrographic offices, vessel traffic service, helicopter emergency services, seismic operators, pilots, coastguard agencies, environmental analysts, and many others. Our focus is on providing innovative and flexible geodata services that are in tune with the times and the environment in which they are to be used. We currently have a total of 26 employees, and our headquarter is located in Stavanger.
