Lexington is looking for a Sales Manager to join our office in Norway
Are you a driven leader with experience in building strong teams and driving sales growth across both retail and wholesale markets? Lexington is looking for a Sales Manager to join our office in Norway. If you excel at taking responsibility, can lead across different sales channels, and want to make a significant impact in a growing market, this role is for you. You will need to reside in Norway, as regular presence at our Oslo office is essential.
About the position:
As a Sales Manager, you will have overall responsibility for sales and leadership at our Oslo office, with a focus on driving growth in both wholesale and retail.. You will lead and coach the sales team, ensuring the achievement of company objectives. Your role will be crucial in developing a cohesive strategy that supports the company's growth in Norway and in establishing strong partnerships with our B2B customers.
This position requires inspirational leadership and the ability to navigate a dynamic environment, working closely with the team to guide them toward success.
Responsibilities:
- Drive sales growth by developing and implementing strategies for both the wholesale and retail markets in Norway.
- Lead and coach the sales team to ensure high performance and achievement of sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with B2B partners, retail stores, and other stakeholders.
- Oversee budget development and financial performance to maximize profitability and efficiency.
- Ensure consistent communication and coordination with international and cross-functional teams to align with the company’s overall sales strategy.
- Conduct regular training and development activities to enhance the skills and effectiveness of the team.
- Negotiations for new and existing retail locations.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Proven experience in sales and leadership, ideally within both wholesale and retail environments. Experience combining both is highly advantageous.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to build, lead, and develop a high-performing team while managing hands-on tasks.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for effective collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
- Proactive and solution-oriented, with a focus on continuous improvement.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and resilient, with the ability to prioritize and make decisions under pressure.
- Solid understanding of budget management and financial performance.
