Senior/Managing Business Analyst

We are seeking an enthusiastic and skilled Business Analyst to join our DCX team and drive digital transformation and process improvement using low-code technologies such as Power Platform, Pega and ServiceNow. The role involves acting as the link between IT and business, facilitating insight work and process design, and ensuring that technology solutions create strategic value for our clients. For the right candidate, the role may also include internal leadership responsibilities, such as mentoring team members and coordinating activities across projects. 

In this role you can expect to:

• Identify and map business needs through close dialogue with stakeholders 
• Analyze and improve existing processes using low-code platforms and process tools such as Power Platform, Pega, ServiceNow and Process Mining.
• Facilitate Discovery workshops for requirements gathering and solution design.
• Serve as the bridge between business and technology teams to ensure alignment and effective collaboration.
• Develop requirements specifications, user stories, and workflow diagrams.
• Ensure smooth execution of projects by applying agile methods and principles.
• Provide strategic advice and planning related to process automation and digital transformation.
• Evaluate and recommend improvement measures that create value for both internal and external users.
• Potentially take on leadership tasks, such as coordinating team deliverables, mentoring colleagues, and contributing to the development of internal processes and competencies.

Your Profile

• Experience with low-code technologies is an advantage.
• Proven experience in process improvement, insight work, and process design.
• Solid understanding of agile methodology and experience working in agile teams.
• Strong skills in facilitating workshops and collaborating with stakeholders at various levels.
• Conduct business process reviews and identify opportunities for process optimization and automation.
• Leadership experience or an interest in taking on leadership responsibilities, with the ability to motivate and inspire others.
• Fluent in Norwegian/Swedish and English
