We are now looking for a Quality Engineer to strengthen our team and be part of the exciting journey. 

What will you be doing? 

• Contract and Technical Specification Review at the Tendering stage and during the Project
• Provide Trend analysis on Quality issues and Performance metrics
• Acts as primary interface with Customer relative to Project Quality matters
• Develop and implement internal Quality Control Plans (QCP) including Customer- and project-specific QCPs.
• Participate in design reviews and criticality assessments of processes as input to QCP development
• Liaise with third party inspectors, customers, and certifying authorities in relation to work scope
• Ensure equipment compliance with BOM and contract requirements
• Develop, implement and maintain procedures for inspections and testing in compliance with the Quality Management System (QMS)
• Perform project quality audits
• Coordinate deviation and non-conformance processes and ensure corrective and preventive actions address fundamental causes.
• Create and classify Product Quality (PQ) incident reports. Lead and coordinate PQ investigations.
• Prepare and distribute project quality reports
• Provide support to manufacturing, engineering, purchasing, planning related to quality assurance
• Liaise with other internal facilities on quality matters relating to work scope support
• Responsible for final project deliverable documentation to client
• Any other tasks delegated by the Line Manager

We think you should have: 

• Degree in engineering or relevant oilfield discipline experience
• Experience in manufacturing and quality inspection processes
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
• Preferably, 5 or more years of experience in the industry
• Ability to learn and deliver high performance
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Experience in health and safety, including risk assessment, reporting, investigation, and COSHH
