We are now on the lookout for two talented individuals to join our team—one junior and one senior Process Engineer. About our team 👥
Our team of 12 experts specializes in pumps, compressors, operations, control, and rotor dynamics. We deliver cutting-edge solutions while collaborating closely with mechanical engineering and flow assurance teams.
As Our Process Engineer, you will 🧠
- Design subsea pumps and compressors, leading core technology component and system design, including hydraulic design, computational fluid dynamics, and thermodynamic modeling.
- Take the Lead in EPCI (Engineering, Procurement, Construction, and Installation) projects, driving success from design to implementation.
- Develop low-carbon solutions through system optimization.
- Ensure safe operation of subsea pump and compressor systems.
- Enhance and maintain in-house and external software models.
- Contribute to new sales projects and studies providing Turbomachinery Performance Tender input.
- Support full-scale testing of rotating machinery and pump/compressor systems.
- Safety First Ensure compliance with Health, Safety, and Environmental standards.
- Mentor less experienced colleagues, helping them grow and succeed.
- Occasional travel within Norway and abroad.
Who we are looking for 🔍
- Minimum BSc in Engineering, preferably in fluid dynamics, process technology, or thermodynamics.
- Senior: 5+ years of relevant experience.
- Junior: Some experience or expected graduation in 2025? We welcome your application!
- Strong communication skills in English are essential
It's a Plus if you have ✅
- Hydraulic design experience
- Proficiency in Matlab, Python, or Fortran
- Knowledge of CFD tools and 3D modeling software
- Fluency in Norwegian (both written and spoken)
