What You Will Do
As a Junior Management Associate, you will work on cross-functional projects to drive growth, optimise strategies, and develop business opportunities. Key responsibilities include:
- Direct B2B Sales: Identify, approach, and convert potential clients to drive new business.
- Key Account Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to maximise satisfaction, loyalty, and growth opportunities.
- Marketing: Support and execute campaigns, content creation, and lead generation activities to strengthen brand visibility.
- Strategy & Business Development: Analyse market trends, identify strategic opportunities, and contribute to business expansion plans.
- Work closely with leadership to implement scalable strategies for revenue growth.
- Provide insights based on data-driven analysis to optimise commercial processes and strategies.
What We Are Looking For
- Education: Minimum a bachelor’s degree, preferably a master’s in business, strategy, marketing, or related fields.
- A strong interest in commercial growth, strategy, and business development.
- Analytical and strategic mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Ambitious, adaptable, and eager to grow in a fast-paced, startup environment.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and thrive in cross-functional roles.
