Your responsibilities

In this role, you will oversee, enhance and execute a range of investment management responsibilities, working collaboratively with both internal teams and external partners. As part of Skuld’s onboarding program, you will be equipped with the tools and support to excel and grow your expertise in investment management.

We are seeking a proactive professional who thrives on the opportunity to take ownership of the administrative aspects of global asset management while contributing to the development of a robust investment framework. Your efforts will directly support Skuld’s ambitious growth strategy.

This role offers cross-functional exposure, working closely with various business areas within Skuld Finance. It’s an opportunity to make a tangible impact in a dynamic, team-oriented environment while advancing your career in the investment field.

Your daily tasks will be to:

• Manage investment processes in collaboration with service providers
• Produce external and internal reporting and onboard increasing requirements
• Manage routines related to mandate control, reconciliation, transaction processing and data quality
• Produce and improve deliveries related to KYC, AML and contractual agreements
• Manage and develop the investment governance framework
• Contribute or lead in various cross-functional workstreams and projects related to for example ESG, DWH and Investment governance

We believe that you have

• A degree within economics, law or quantitative education
• Some years of work experience from a financial institution
• Systematic, vigilant, and curious team-player who likes to take initiative and assume responsibility
• Good written and verbal communication skills in English is required
• Interest in investment management and financial markets
• Extensive experience with Microsoft Office
• Interest or familiarity with programming language or financial software is preferable
