WHO ARE YOU?

You are a driven Engineering Manager, whether you’ve recently begun your leadership journey or have extensive experience, ready to make a significant impact. You have experience managing engineering teams across multiple locations and excel at tackling complex challenges with a solutions-focused mindset. You're eager to experiment, learn, and take the lead—encouraging and inspiring your team to grow and succeed.

WHAT’S THE JOB LIKE?

You will join a tech department of 60+ professionals, working across 8 teams. Your team will consist of talented developers collaborating with Product Managers and taking on diverse domain responsibilities.

The team focuses on:

• Ad performance statistics.
• Data-driven products for end users, such as market insights and real estate agent performance.
• Developing innovative tools, like the valuation tool we’re building to connect more closely with property sellers. This tool empowers agents to win new listings, driving growth aligned with our Real Estate strategy.
• As an Engineering Manager, in a people-first area, your key priorities will be:
• Lead and mentor a team of engineers, supporting the daily needs and ongoing growth of your team members.
• Foster a collaborative and innovative work environment.
• Implement modern and innovative ways of working to enhance team performance and engagement.
• With the area tasked to deliver on top-level OKRs for Real Estate, you will play a key role in setting clear expectations, keeping the team energized, and maintaining their focus and engagement.
