We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Solution Architect to join our team and play a pivotal role in optimizing and developing Salesforce to align with our strategic goals and growing business needs.
You will be working closely with stakeholders in the organization, external partners and suppliers to ensure requirements are gathered, well communicated and understood to evaluate implementation and changes to the platform.
Recharge utilizes Sales, Service and Marketing Clouds and you will be developing and implementing our processes across these technologies to optimize our business according to the strategic requirements.
You will be a part of the Tech organization that has the overall responsibility of all charging infrastructure software systems, public cloud platforms and IT systems. We are growing as a team and everyone joining the team will contribute to multiple areas and is expected to be able to work independently and in collaboration with the rest of the team.

Key responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
- Configure and develop Salesforce functionality to align with business and organizational strategy.
- Configure scalable Salesforce solutions tailored to business needs.
- Optimize operations with workflows, automation, and best practices.
- Oversee data migration, cleansing, and system integrations.
- Maintain data integrity and adhere to regulatory standards.
- Act as a trusted advisor for internal teams and external partners.
- Facilitate workshops, training, and demonstrations to ensure system adoption.
- Stay updated on Salesforce releases and industry trends.
- Propose and implement enhancements to improve system effectiveness.
- Deliver projects on time and within budget while ensuring quality.
- Manage change and foster user adoption across departments.
Success factors
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, experience may compensate for a lack of formal education
- 3+ years of experience with technical Salesforce implementations.
- Advanced proficiency in Salesforce configurations (Sales, Service, and Marketing Cloud).
- CRM process design and implementation expertise, including process integration.
- Knowledge of low-code automation and data modeling.
- Proficiency in Salesforce languages (Apex, JavaScript, SOQL) is a plus.
- Familiarity with risk management, security, and best practices for Salesforce
- Ability to communicate efficiently
- Experience from an international working environment.
- Excellent English proficiency and one of the Scandinavian languages is preferred

Place of work: at our HQ in Moss, our office in central Oslo or our office in central Stockholm. Some traveling will be required, primarily within the Nordic region. This role reports to Chief Technology Officer.
