We are looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist

To accelerate our growth in online sales, we are now seeking a proactive and hands-on Digital Marketing Specialist – a true growth hacker. 

You will use your expertise and drive to shape and execute strategies to attract, engage, and convert our target audience. By leveraging campaigns, data-driven insights, and experimentation, you will help us build a robust digital presence and drive measurable results. 

Your role and key contributions

• Develop and execute innovative digital marketing strategies to drive online sales and customer acquisition.
• Create high-performing content tailored to target audiences across various digital channels and social media.
• Plan, implement, and optimize advertising campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, LinkedIn, and Meta.
• Analyze performance and identify opportunities for growth using relevant tools for analytics, email marketing, and social media insights.
• Conduct A/B testing and other experimental methods to refine messaging, creatives, and campaigns for optimal results.
• Collaborate closely with the product team to align marketing efforts with product offerings and customer needs.

• Have a proven track record of driving sales for digital products in previous digital marketing roles.
• Are skilled in using relevant tools and platforms for analytics, search optimization, and digital advertising.
• Enjoy analyzing data and transforming insight into actions.

• Are target-driven and instinctively work towards achieving results.

• Have strong communication skills in Norwegian and a good working proficiency in English
