About the Role
Are you passionate about making a meaningful impact in global health through strategic marketing? As a Marketing Specialist at Laerdal Global Health, you’ll play a key role in driving the adoption and impact of life-saving solutions. Working closely with a dynamic, multidisciplinary team, you will lead efforts to position our portfolio, support product launches, and engage markets worldwide. What You’ll Be Doing
- Develop Compelling Content: Craft marketing materials that communicate product value and enhance customer experiences.
- Lead Product Launches: Collaborate across teams to execute coordinated marketing strategies for new products and services.
- Web Content Creater: Webpage development and content creation for www.Laerdalglobalhealth.com
- Implement Digital Campaigns: Create and manage digital campaigns through websites and social media platforms.
- Support Distributors: Equip distributors with tools and resources to boost sales in focus countries.
- Drive Lead Generation: Use tools like Salesforce CRM and Eloqua to generate and follow up on leads.
- Coordinate Events: Plan and lead Laerdal Global Health’s presence at conferences and events.
- Localize Marketing Efforts: Customize materials to meet the specific needs of partnerships, distributors, and focus countries.
- Enhance Market Penetration: Work with country teams to address barriers to adoption and develop tailored strategies.
- Analyze and Improve: Continuously assess the effectiveness of marketing programs and adjust based on insights.
What We’re Looking For
- Higher education in marketing, communications, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in digital and content marketing, preferably in healthcare or global health.
- Proven skills in developing and executing strategic marketing plans, including product launches.
- Experience with relevant marketing tools, CRM systems and analytics tools (e.g., Salesforce, Eloqua and Google Analytics). Familiarity with website and e-commerce Content Management Systems (e.g. WordPress,WooCommerce and EPIserver) is also an advantage.
- Excellent communication skills in English (Norwegian is a plus).
- A proactive mindset, strong analytical skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in event planning and coordinating organizational presence at conferences is an advantage.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret data effectively, assess the effectiveness of marketing programs, and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
