To strengthen out capabilities within Business Development in the Europe region we are looking for a talented, dedicated and capable individual to fill the role as Commercial Director. You will be in charge of implementing strategy work with regards to business development, drive the commercial mindset of out sales and project team. The role is included in Europe management team.

You will:
- Be responsible for business development in Europe region within Axess AS
- Challenge and follow up department sales and business development teams
- Develop customer relationships and business with both new and existing customers
- Drive implementation of strategy and delivery of targets
- Seek strategically important new clients and contracts. Establish win strategy, support bid process
- Seek technical and commercial innovation with asset integrity in Europe
- Cooperate with other regions and group functions to share best practices
- Drive commercial mindset of management and sales resources in the region
- Keep track of pipeline and backlog evolution in the region.
You have:
- Higher education in technical, management, or economics fields
- Documented experience in similar roles
- Preferably experience from offshore or another industry
- Good communication skills (spoken and written) in English and Norwegian
- Established network with oil & gas or other relevant industry
