QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum bachelor within finance and accounting
• 2 - 3 years relevant experience with finance accounting/project control
• Interest in learning relevant software supporting our financial day to day work (e.g ERP solution IFS and reporting solutions like Power Bi)
• Proactive and highly developed communication and cooperation skills
• Structured, service oriented and task focused
• Fluent in both Norwegian and English, both oral and written

DUTIES/TASKS

• Responsibility for creating budgets/forecasts, reporting and follow up a specific cost center/ business unit and or ad hoc projects
• Responsibility for month end reporting with cost accruals and budget follow up
• Responsibility with invoicing intra group based on internal agreements
• Assist in timely invoicing based on contracts with operating clients - hereunder securing correctness and completeness of invoice
• Perform ad-hoc analysis and tasks when required
• Maintain a good cooperation and communication level internally and cross discipline
