Job Description

• Providing key planning for the execution of Drilling & Well activities.

• Supporting and following up on ongoing daily operations.

• Performing experience transfer and preparing well reports.

• Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to perform method selection, risk assessment, equipment evaluation, and recommendations.

• Offshore travel as requested.

Qualification Requirements

• Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in relevant technical disciplines.

• Valid Offshore Safety Course (required for some roles).

• Valid IWCF certification (required for some roles).

• Compliance with internal competence requirements.

• Strong team-building skills, fostering cooperation and teamwork.

• Structured and methodical approach to planning, coordinating, and executing activities.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.

• Performance-driven mindset with a focus on commercial value.

• Excellent communication and analytical skills.
