We will continue our journey where we see a strong growth coming from new markets and new categories. We are looking for a Sales Operations Manager to further strengthen our team.
Sales Operations Manager's main assigments are to monitor and manage inventory and product allocation, to lead the product pricing discussions, and to deliver analyses to the Sales team to identify improvement opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Inventory management and optimalization: Allocate goods in the best possible way, with the objective to reach the highest STR, set up allocation rules and structure that make sense for the organization, aligned with company objectives, super- user in Visma.net and Madden.
- Management of delivery shortage: Make sure the right product allocation is done when deliveries are late or not up to ordered volume, between channels and amongst wholesales customers, and communicate decisions internally and externally to all stakeholders (incl. customers).
- Wholesales order operations towards customers, from Order to Delivery: responsible for order process and for sending products from the warehouse, be the main interface towards customers. Responsible to automate processes, using tools like Centra and Btwentyfour
- Deliver Sales analyses during collection sale period and after: responsible for quantity forecast and orders, collection analyses, customer feedback, STR analyses
- Be the end-customer price specialist: Structure and improve the current process and contribute to end-pricing decisions
- Lead optimization projects using software and technology: Improvements of existing platforms (Madden, Centra, Btwentyfour), implementation of potential new solutions.
Desired Skills & Qualifications:
- 1-3 years of experience in inventory management, or Sales Operations in a consumer goods company, ideally in an B2C e-commerce environment.
- Strong analytical and decision-making skills, with experience using data to drive improvements.
- Graduated from a top Engineer or Business School
- Excellent Excel modelling skills
- Proficiency in using ERP systems, ideally experience with Visma.net
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex projects.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Fluent in Norwegian and English
Personal characteristics:
- Proactive and collaborative team player who can also work independently.
- Sincere interest in Outdoor and knowledge about the Clothing industry is an advantage
- Interested in technologies and systems.
- Analytical and commercial mindset
- Organized and structured with the ability to focus and multitask.
- Positive and solution-oriented.
- Professional attitude, enjoy a high pace of work in an entrepreneurial environment.
