As a business developer for the leading supplier of high-quality hair cosmetics, you help your clients identify and capitalize on commercial opportunities. You are a hunter and not afraid to do the work that’s needed to gain new customers and grow the customer base in your territory. The aim is to have a consistent growth in your district. You have the best possible tools for this, including a comprehensive range of high-quality products complemented by strategic advice on education, management, sales, and marketing. Keune offers numerous resources to make this possible, including investment opportunities to support their growth. For ambitious hairdressers, you are their personal business partner. You carry this responsibility with flair and self-confidence. In this way, you will focus on further developing the best hair salons in your area and enable Keune to thrive in the mid and high-end segments, potentially resulting in a turnover of millions.

MISSION

·       Ownership in district to grow the customer base

·       Growing the district approaching customers on prospect list

·       Expanding existing relationships in the haircare industry (relationship management).

·       Creating new business by bringing in new salons.

·       Helping to build the newest Keune Academy in the region.

·       Helping to draw up a strategic annual sales plan.

Success is a result of your courage, drive, proactive attitude and natural sales skills. For entrepreneurs in the hairdressing industry, you are an indispensable business partner who always sees opportunities from a commercial and analytical point of view and thus takes them to a higher level. You are not afraid of nocking cold doors to get the results and growths in your district.

·       Have worked in a similar role before.

·       Experience in the haircare industry is preferred.

·       Driver license
