Gapit Nordics is seeking a strategic and innovative Marketing Manager to lead the development and execution of our marketing initiatives that connect our brand, products, and target audiences across the data center industry. This pivotal role spans brand management and product marketing, focusing on shaping the perception of Gapit Nordics while driving product adoption and customer engagement.
As we expand our marketing capabilities, this position offers a unique opportunity to work cross-functionally, partnering with product management, sales, and engineering teams to craft compelling narratives and deliver impactful campaigns. This role is central to building a cohesive brand presence, positioning our products as industry leaders, and ensuring that our marketing strategy aligns with customer needs and market trends.
This role reports directly to the CCO
Responsibilities of the Brand and Product Marketing Manager:
- Develop and execute a unified marketing strategy that elevates our brand while driving product visibility and customer engagement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create messaging that aligns with our brand values, product capabilities, and customer needs.
- Lead the development of go-to-market strategies for new product launches, ensuring seamless coordination between internal teams and external campaigns.
- Craft compelling brand and product stories that resonate with our target audiences and differentiate us in the marketplace.
- Oversee the creation of marketing materials, including product brochures, case studies, videos, and web content, ensuring consistency in tone and quality.
- Conduct market research to stay ahead of industry trends, understand competitor positioning, and identify opportunities for brand and product innovation.
- Manage integrated campaigns across digital, content, social media, and traditional channels to amplify our messaging and maximize reach.
- Analyze campaign performance to optimize strategies, ensuring they deliver measurable results aligned with business goals.
- Represent the voice of the customer, leveraging insights to inform product development and ensure alignment with market needs.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with external partners, industry influencers, and stakeholders to enhance our brand reputation and market presence.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in a brand or product marketing role, preferably within B2B technology or SaaS industries.
- Proven track record of creating and executing integrated marketing campaigns that deliver measurable results.
- Strong understanding of brand management principles, customer segmentation, and product positioning.
- Exceptional storytelling and content creation skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into compelling narratives.
- Experience working cross-functionally with product, sales, and engineering teams to align marketing strategies with broader business goals.
- Analytical mindset with proficiency in using data and insights to drive decisions and optimize campaigns.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Norwegian and English.
- Knowledge of the datacenter industry is a plus
- Willingness to learn about its unique challenges and opportunities
- Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
