On behalf of one of our clients, we are looking for a HSSE Advisor

Job Description:

• We are looking for an experienced HSSE advisor to support our subsea modification team
• Provide professional HSSE advice and support to the subsea modification team
• Develop, implement and monitor HSSE activity plans for selected campaigns
• Work closely and proactive with contractor(s) to promote a strong HSSE culture and performance
• Facilitate HSSE familiarization prior to campaigns
• Evaluate risk analyses performed by all service contractors
• Participate and/or facilitate risk assessments related to subsea activities
• Promote HSSE Risk awareness
• Prepare safety statistics and report
• HSSE incident follow-up
• Establish and maintain bridging documents
• Facilitate and prepare input to audit and verification program, and participate in audits and inspections, as part of the Company’s duty to see to
• Work closely with HSSE Manager for the relevant asset and collaborate with other HSSE resources and teams to share best practices and improve HSSE performance

• Bachelor or Master degree within relevant subject matter (technology, HSEQ, risk management etc.) Relevant experience may compensate for lack of formal education
• 6-9 years of relevant experience, including experience from HSSE role within subsea and marine operation
• Excellent communication skills, written and oral, preferably in both Norwegian and English
• Excellent PC skills
