We are looking for an experienced Mechanical Engineer for one of our clients!

Responsibilities: 

• Solve problems and prepare technical requisitions for mechanical equipment
• Evaluate offers from suppliers
• Follow up equipment and selected manufacturer
• Participate in study work
• Estimate and give input to work packages

 
Qualifications:

• Masters or bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering
• More than 5 years experience in engineering within the Oil & Gas industry
• Must have knowledge of relevant regulations and standards, such as NORSOK, PTIL and API standards
• PRE Experience with multi discipline equipment packages
• Knowledge of Life Cycle Information (LCI) and/or Documentation for Operation (DFO) deliverables
• Works independently and communicates actively within engineering team and with client and supplier 
• Written and spoken in both English and Norwegian
