We work with the new generation of products for the global vessel fleet and are now recruiting for a position within our development department.

As a UX designer, you will be working together with our developers and product managers on the NAVTOR product ecosystem including a range of products from mobile to desktop and web applications.

Because the products are complex and made for professional users, there are no boring routine tasks — expect tasks regarding data visualizations, map overlays, cross-product workflows and connections with engineering behind.

As a UX designer in NAVTOR, you will be joining an international team of highly talented people with passionate interest in complex software design and development.

 Duties and responsibilities:

• User experience and interaction design for NAVTOR's product portfolio

• Working with sketches, prototypes, and workflows together with stakeholders across products and teams

• Plan and carry out insight work to map user and business needs

• Participation in User research activities

• Facilitate workshops and design sprints

• Take an active role in the development of the design system, ensuring a consistent and efficient user experience for NAVTOR's customers

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3+ years of working experience within UX/UI

• Experience with a product portfolio including web and mobile applications

• Experience in producing prototypes and wireframes

• Experience with visual identity and brand design

• Good knowledge of relevant design tools and methodologies
