Open Job position: Advanced product specialist

We are expanding our highly skilled product team and are looking for 1–2 talented individuals to join us. We are seeking specialists in product design and development who are deeply passionate about creating high-quality, technical garments. The person we are looking for is comfortable working in a small team, handling a broad range of tasks, be independent in work methods and comfortable taking on responsibility. This position will have the opportunity to make impact within a team that values expertise and innovative ideas. Cross function work within the team and the organization is one of the benefits that opens a deeper understanding of the business. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of relevant experience and a proven track record of career growth.

Qualifications required:

• Minimum 5 years of experience as specialist in product department in a technical apparel brand, specialist in design, technical development, pattern making or sourcing.
• Bachelor’s degree in textiles, pattern making, design, or a related field.
• High competence of development premium and technical apparel production.
• A strong passion for product excellence and perfection.
• Traveling to trade fairs and suppliers will be part of the job.
• Excellent communication skills in written and spoken English.

Offices in Central Oslo.
