Job Purpose

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Software Product Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for defining and supporting the development of desirable, feasible, viable, and sustainable products that meet customer needs throughout the product-market lifecycle. You will collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders to identify and define customer needs, develop vision and roadmaps, and manage all aspects of product development.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Define and support the building of digital products and services that meet customer needs.
• Collaborate with Agile teams to build or buy the required functionality to meet business goals.
• Understand customer needs and ensure product completeness by developing and communicating the program vision and roadmap.
• Manage and prioritize the flow of work, ensuring enough features are ready in the backlog.
• Define releases, plan products, and help define technical architecture requirements and sequencing.
• Participate in demos and Inspect and Adapt sessions.
• Collaborate internally to deploy to users and externally to deliver products to the market.
• Ensure offerings are supported and enhanced to create a continuous flow of value.
• Monitor and analyze product performance and usability metrics, using insights to drive continuous improvement and ensure that the products deliver measurable value to customers.
• Manage product budgets and have the authority to scale development teams as needed.

Key Interactions

• Internally: Business Stakeholders, Software Developers and Architects, Development Managers, Designers, Data Scientists, Product Owners/Managers, Departmental Management, and VP Leadership.
• Externally: Customers and partners.

You are meant for this job if:

• Relevant degree in technology, engineering, product management, or equivalent business experience.
• 7+ years of experience as a product owner, product manager, or business leader.
• Demonstrated team management and leadership skills.
• Strong understanding of Agile development workflow, backlog process, planning, and features.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Experience working in an Agile team-oriented environment.
• Ability to work and lead with Agile methodology.
• Proficiency in verbal and written English.
• Experience aligning various stakeholders around concepts, ideas, roadmaps, and value.
