We are looking for a Procurement Specialist

We are looking for a skilled and proactive Contract Lead/Procurement Specialist to manage procurement activities and establish agreements. In this role, you will hold the mandate to legally commit the company to suppliers and play a vital role in driving strategic procurement and contract management.

Responsibilities:

• Manage contracts and frame agreements, including amendments, option assessments, and negotiations.
• Ensure agreement understanding, compliance, and correct usage.
• Collaborate with internal teams and suppliers.
• Manage stakeholders and drive improvements.
• Lead procurement processes (strategy, enquiry, evaluation, and negotiation).
• Develop and manage agreements, including framework and project-specific contracts.
• Shape the global contract portfolio with business line input and drive value creation.
• Ensure contract compliance, manage risks, and support optimal agreement use.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Finance, Economics, or Law.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant contracting experience.
• Strong communication skills in English and/or Norwegian.
