We’re looking for a Project Engineering Planner to help drive the successful execution of complex engineering projects. What You'll Do:

• Plan for Success: Develop detailed project schedules and allocate resources efficiently to meet deadlines and budget requirements.
• Lead Communication: Serve as the main communication point, ensuring all teams and stakeholders are aligned and informed.
• Manage Risks: Proactively identify risks and create solid mitigation plans to keep projects on track.
• Ensure Quality: Maintain high standards and monitor compliance throughout the project lifecycle.
• Track Performance: Monitor key project metrics, reporting progress and identifying areas for improvement.
• Manage Costs: Oversee project budgets and ensure fiscal responsibility.

What We're Looking For:

• Experience: 3-5 years in project planning or management.
• Skills: Expertise in scheduling tools (Primavera P6, Microsoft Project), resource allocation, and risk management.
• Certifications: PMP or other planning-related certifications are a plus.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Project Management, or a related field.
• Communication: Strong written and verbal skills for clear project updates and team collaboration.
• Analytical: A knack for problem-solving and tackling complex project planning challenges.
