HR Business Partner Norway & Sweden

Join our growing HR team at Epta! As HR Business Partner for Norway & Sweden, you'll support 100 employees across our service and sales entities in commercial refrigeration, managing full-cycle HR activities to foster leadership growth and enhance employee engagement for business success. 

Your contribution 

• Managing HR processes across recruitment, onboarding, development, engagement, and exits to drive employee satisfaction and productivity 
• Providing strategic and operational support to managers for leadership development and building high-performing teams 
• Coordinating payroll services for Norway and Sweden, ensuring compliance with local laws and regulations 
• Facilitating resource planning to meet operational needs and customer satisfaction goals 
• Promoting a culture of performance management and continuous feedback to develop talent and enhance team engagement 
• Collaborating with senior management on HR projects and external communications to support employer branding initiatives 

Your journey 

We’re looking for a proactive, service-minded, and collaborative professional with strong analytical and organizational skills, capable of driving change and fostering engagement across the organization. Additionally, you have: 

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Law, Psychology, or equivalent. 
• Solid knowledge of labor law and union agreements in Norway and Sweden. 
• Proven track record in performance management, organizational development, and driving employee engagement. 
• Experience coordinating payroll services in compliance with local regulations. 
• Proficiency with HR tools and systems. 
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Norwegian.
