Even though Reach Remote itself is unmanned, there will naturally be a need for dedicated professionals to plan, manage, and execute operations around the world. To organize the crew and coordinate human resources in the best possible way, we are now seeking a professional Crewing Manager to join our team

Position: Crewing Manager – Reach Remote

Location:              Haugesund, but other Reach- locations in Norway can be considered.

Role Overview:

As the Crewing Manager for Subsea, you will ensure the seamless operation of Reach Subsea Operations, by effectively managing and coordinating personnel involved in operations. Your responsibilities will include:

• Planning Rotations: Developing and overseeing crew schedules to ensure optimal staffing for onshore/offshore operations.
• Personnel Management: Recruiting, training, and retaining qualified crew members, ensuring all certifications and competencies are up to date.
• Coordination: Serving as the crewing coordinator between offshore operations and onshore projects, ensuring clear communication and operational efficiency.

Qualifications:

• Education: Relevant education related to Management, Human Resources, Maritime Studies, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 5 years in crewing role within the subsea industry, with a strong understanding of subsea manning and industry standards.
• Skills: Proficiency in crew recruitment, training, deployment, and scheduling. Excellent communication abilities to interface effectively with both offshore and onshore teams.
• Knowledge: Familiarity with unions, collective agreements, Norwegian labour law, certification standards, and compliance requirements.

Preferred Attributes:

• Fluency in English and Norwegian
• Ability to adapt to dynamic environments and manage multiple priorities.
